During a messy divorce, my client was stuck with a half- completed remodel in Sebastopol.

It had open floors and walls, an unfinished leaky roof, and was somewhat overrun by his itinerant cats. I gave the cats a new home at my house, buttoned up the leaks and open areas, and proceeded to complete his original plan.

We added two bedrooms and one bath to the original 2 and 1, added a large second story, added all new rough and finish electrical, plumbing, and mechanical functions, insulation, wall, ceilings, appliances, upstairs carpets, hardwood flooring, a beautiful natural redwood staircase, kitchen, baths, upstairs carpets, and modern lighting.
